This Session will provide insights to help residents and supervisors improve clinical and professional skill development during residency. Generational differences regarding learning, professionalism, and work habits will be described. Specific strategies that residents and clinical supervisors can implement to optimizing learning and productivity during residency and the early career year will be presented.
