Due to the ongoing war, Ukraine has experienced an increase of over 300 000 people with disabilities. Supporting competence development of Ukrainian rehabilitation professionals will be key to developing self-sufficient rehabilitation services in the country. This study presents perceived needs for competence development expressed by currently practicing professionals from Ukraine.
