  Chief Clinical Officer- Herb is an ABC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist who successfully owned, operated and sold two different patient care facilities in San Diego California since 1988. He Co-Founded Limber Prosthetics & Orthotics Inc in 2020 and is currently acting Chief Clinical Officer. Limber has developed and patented the world’s first fully 3D printed custom transtibial prosthesis. In addition, he is proud to be a Co-Founder of Limbs of Freedom. LOF is a philanthropic effort, created in conjunction with the Rotary Clubs of Coronado, California and Calafia, Mx. The team of dedicated individuals from San Diego has fit over 2500 individuals in need of prosthetic care since it began in 1999.
