Patient Outcomes for a Novel Joint Distraction Brace for Tibiofemoral Osteoarthritis

The poster explains a clinical study performed to evaluate the Adonis brace. The Adonis is a novel knee brace that applies axial joint distraction in addition to 3-point unloading to reduce tibiofemoral contact pressure. In 15 patients over four weeks, it produced a 57% reduction in pain, significant KOOS JR improvements, and high adherence, with 80% wearing the brace at least four days per week.
