Prosthetic sock-ply management is difficult for many new users to learn. Liberating Technologies, Inc. developed an integrated pressure senser to determine whether a user would benefit from more or fewer prosthetic socks. This device has the potential to decrease cognitive burden of veterans who are learning how to manage their changing residual limb volume.
