Joe McTernan is the Director of Policy and Regulatory Affairs for the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA). Joe has spent most of his career helping AOPA members navigate the challenges of O&P billing, coding, and reimbursement. He is a passionate advocate for the profession and considers it an honor and privilege to work for healthcare professionals that help restore fellow human beings to their highest level of physical capabilities.
