Dr. Sara Peterson serves as a research consultant and holds a PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She has over 30 years of education, experience in patient care, teaching, research, and designing, fabricating, and fitting various devices. Her orthotic and prosthetic clinical experience ranges from pediatric to adult patient care. She holds credentials as an ABC Certified Prosthetist / Orthotist (CPO) and Certified Mastectomy Fitter (CFM). She is also licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. She is the Founder of O&P Clinical Innovations, where she offers O&P fabrication and research and development services.
