Tara is a certified and licensed prosthetist-orthotist at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, Minnesota, and holds a graduate degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Eastern Michigan University. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists, serves as an Academy Board Member at Large and Research Council Chair among other Academy volunteer roles. In addition to clinical work and professional development, Tara is passionate about mentoring the next generation of clinicians and an advocate for the use of evidence-based principles to advance orthotic and prosthetic care.
