This presentation will highlight the importance of an interdisciplinary team approach in the clinical management of patients with arthrogryposis. Orthotic and rehabilitation management will be discussed and how they blend together for the interdisciplinary approach. Emphasis will be placed on the pediatric population while addressing continuum of care into adulthood.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, attendees will understand the importance of a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to the arthrogryposis patient population.
Upon completion, participants will feel like they have a basic understanding of arthrogryposis and the orthopedic interventions that many of the patients went through as a child.
Upon completion, attendees will feel they have the resources that they need if they are to have an arthrogryposis patient and feel comfortable reaching out to other providers if necessary.
