President & Founder Prosthetic Hope International; RSK Consulting, Inc. Emory University Atlanta, Georgia, United States
This poster shares the results of the first longitudinal examination of a cohort of P&O graduates in the U.S. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate a P&O graduate level training program five to twenty years post-graduation to attain current employment status. The secondary objective was to calculate early to midcareer attrition rate. A tertiary objective was to measure time from graduation to certification, and, for those who became certified and left clinical practice, measure the time before transitioning to other employment.
