Lily Heyd graduated the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2025. She harbors a passion for fabrication sciences, seeking solutions for customizing the materials used in orthoses to fit patient mobility and goals. Her passion extends to her research on materials and fabrication science, hoping to support future evidence based practices in orthotic and prosthetic manufacturing. Currently living in Massachusetts, she is hoping to begin her dual residency in 2026, expanding her current patient care skills and improving the lives of her future patients.
