After having earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Hartford and a MS in Exercise Science from Oakland University, I am now pursuing clinical credentials in the MPO-R program at Northwestern University. My ambition is to provide compassionate clinical care while concurrently advancing research in the field of prosthetics and orthotics in a way that helps patients prevent injury and improve their quality of life.
My research focuses on how prostheses and orthoses affect balance and other aspects of human movement. I'm particularly interested in investigating how to optimize the prosthetic componentry selection process for patients to provide the best individualized care possible.
