Janine Albrecht, CPO, MSOP, is a Product Manager with WillowWood Global. She discovered her passion for prosthetics in high school after her father experienced a lower limb amputation due to an accident. Prior to joining WillowWood, Janine gained clinical experience at the VAMC, Hanger Clinic, and Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. She earned her MSOP from California State University – Dominguez Hills and her BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
Janine began her career at WillowWood Global in 2022 as a clinical educator, applying her engineering background to develop in-depth knowledge of prosthetic components and systems, which she used to educate fellow prosthetists. In 2025, she transitioned to the Product Management team, where she contributes to bringing new products to market and supports the full lifecycle of WillowWood’s prosthetic solutions. Outside of work, Janine enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and embracing the joys and challenges of new parenthood.
