Suniel Veerakone is an Orthotic and Prosthetic Clinical Assistant and Clinical Research Project Manager at the University of Michigan Orthotics and Prosthetics Center. His research work assesses orthotic treatment outcomes of idiopathic toe walking and pectus carinatum. He also leads the Pectus Carinatum Orthosis development team at the UMOPC. He believes that the field of O&P is a wealth of opportunity and that every brick wall can be scaled.
